Since its grand opening in the spring of 2012, the Shorelight Inn has been owned and operated by Stephen F. David, longtime resident and business owner in Benicia. He personally attended to the majority of the refurbishment projects necessary to restore this beautiful historic building. The original structure, known as The Anderson Hotel and also referred to as the Pink Palace was moved a half block to its current location on the Benicia waterfront. Built at the turn of the Century, the Shorelight Inn is 8,000 square feet, with each individual Suite averaging 400 square feet in size.
